Become an Extreme Chef with Extreme Networks and Chi Corporation

Bring a guest and join us as we prepare the ultimate comfort food at Loretta Paganini’s International Culinary Arts & Science Institute in Chesterland, Ohio.

Under the direction of a team of chef instructors, we will work in teams to prepare an Italian Rustica menu. After our hard work, we’ll gather with plenty of wine and enjoy our delicious creations, including: 

Bruschetta with Tomato, Basil and Parmesan Cheese, Greens with Cranberries, Almonds & Vinaigrette,
Homemade Pasta with Bolognese Meat Sauce, Pork Tenderloin with Prosciutto in Balsamic Sauce, Herb
Roasted Vegetables, Biscotti with Chocolate Zabaglione
