Inside Sales Representative

For over 50 years, Chi Corporation has been a leading technology solutions provider specializing in networking, security, data storage, backup, recovery, and virtualization.

Chi currently represents and resells products and services from over 30 leading technology manufacturers and vendors. We are searching for an inside sale rep who wants to learn every facet of our business and has the desire to move into an outside sales position once you successfully complete your certifications, trainings and have a strong understanding of the products and services Chi Corporation offers our clients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Directly support Chi’s team of top sales performers
• Work directly with our technology vendors to determine the best product and pricing for our customers
• Serve as the main point of contact with our distributors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Create accurate quotes, purchase orders, and final orders in a timely manner
• Successfully complete certifications and ongoing training as required by our vendors
• Provide in-depth business planning and reporting
• Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our vendor teams
• Represent Chi’s comprehensive solution of end-to-end storage, backup, data networking, and security solutions
• Utilize your solutions sales expertise to prospect and capture new business

Requirements:

• Must be a self-starter with high energy and drive who takes initiative and works with limited direction
• Proven hunter with a desire to prospect new customers and collaborate with vendor teams
• Very comfortable with various sales techniques such as cold calling and email campaigns
• Driven to successfully close large complex deals amid a mix of new business
• Desire to move into an outside sales position with your own book of business
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
